Our Purpose

At JAMBAR, we envision a world where the organic food movement is more accessible and affordable, where people recognize how eating organic affects every living thing in a positive way, and where people put energy into reclaiming authentic human connections by celebrating music and active living.

OUR INGREDIENTS

The correlation between composing a musical piece and a food product are ingeniously linked; both are a compilation of notes, either audible or flavor, an arrangement or structure that provides texture and form, and experiential feelings of nourishment culminating in an emotional response unique to the individual, but part of a community. Like a musical composition, each JAMBAR ingredient has been carefully selected to complement the others and to work as a complete nutritional ensemble.

Our Philanthrophy

Besides delivering delicious, organic and nutritious snacks, JAMBAR aims to achieve something else. Fifty percent of after-tax profits will be directed to two causes that are near and dear to the team at JAMBAR's hearts: music and active living. Supporting these fields is an important part of JAMBAR's mission - in fact, the organization was established with this idea at its center.

Using a donor-advised fund that is managed by the Marin Community Foundation (MCF), these proceeds will be provided directly to qualified nonprofits that are doing amazing work in these fields. Partnering with MCF in this venture allows JAMBAR to focus on delivering the best products, knowing that the administrative and financial aspects of nonprofit support are being handled by an expert team.
