Refund policy
JAMBAR makes customer service a priority and we take pride in our quality. If for whatever reason you are not satisfied you may request a refund in accordance with our policy.
We have a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
